For many, Paris is the ultimate destination. One of the world’s most beautiful cities filled with art, culture, wine and incredible food. Although for special diets such as vegan, gluten free and dairy free, it seems that it might not be the most accommodating place to visit. But I’m glad to report that it is quickly becoming a hotspot for delicious dining, no matter your dietary restrictions!

Home to the world famous whiskey’s distillery, it’s a great little small town with a neat historic attraction and adorable town square. So if you’re planning a visit, check out where and how to find healthy, vegan and special diet eats!

Nutritious Noshing in New Braunfels by Carolyn Scott Hamilton
by Carolyn August 2, 2012Last time I was in Texas, I got the chance to do a tiny bit of road tripping and I stumbled upon New Braunfels. With some real American history that can still be seen in parts of downtown, New Braunfels is best known for being the home of Schlitterbahn, a killer water park complete with water roller coaster! But the best part is that amongst the water flumes and ghosts of America’s past, you’ll find some delicious and nutritious grub!
