There is a borderland state called hypnagogia. It is a place of transition; a space that is rapt with images, symbols and words that captivate the mind as they move you from wakefulness to sleep (referred to as hypnagogic) and, on the other side of the sleep cycle, give rise to wakefulness (known as hypnopompic).

In recovery, the belief is that there must be a complete makeover of your life, if sobriety is to be achieved.  The law of attraction did not provide these tools, however what it did offer was the idea that if you live on purpose and if you have meaning in your life, you are aligning yourself with what the universe wants for you.

Change can only happen when we make room for it. Now if you have unresolved issues guess what, those are the first things that have to go. You have to make room for change and the unresolved issues are going to come to the surface.

The steps to executing goals are simple, unambiguous and easy to follow and should be practiced every day. Skipping one step increases the odds that you wion’t realize your goal.

They are missing the biggest part of all, the “SOCIAL” aspect, by using an ever-growing variety of automated tools to grow their accounts for them; they’re not building the friendships that social technologies are based on. So what if you have 100,000 followers or more? If you haven’t built up a relationship with them they will not be listening to what you have to say and will ignore you which your list would be as good as having one follower.

One of the hardest things you will ever do in life is to really know yourself inside and out. How many of you reading this can say they truly know themselves. I know for myself I keep evolving and changing as I learn who I really am.
