The holidays are here and many people become nostalgic. Did they accomplish the tasks and goals of the year that has just passed? What new aspirations do we have in the next year coming? 2012 is right around the corner but many people find themselves recycling their old resolutions for the year of 2011. Why do we get trapped in this cycle? How can we go forward with a resolution and actually accomplish it?
