Chia seeds are used to thicken and add texture to many different types of recipes. Did you know you could thicken smoothies and shakes with chia seeds? Same with sauces and puddings and more! Plus, they are a dandy source of dietary fibre!

There’s chocolate for the choccy lovers, and fruit for the err… fruit-y lovers! The only hard part about this is choosing which recipe to make!

There’s nothing more refreshing than freshly blended juice. The great thing about juices is that you can make them simple (with one ingredient: think carrot juice). Or you can add more ingredients for extra kick and flavor. Besides being simple to make and lovely to look at, juices are super nutritious.

These raw chocolates are super easy to make and all you need is a blender and a freezer. Your chocolates must be kept in the freezer all the time, otherwise they will melt 🙂 I recently updated the photography for this recipe. I used these adorable little silicone chocolate molds to get such cute little chocolate squares. They turned out perfectly!
Also, in the pictures you can see there is some discoloration from where the coconut oil seperated a little bit. Don’t sweat it, they still taste to die for. -

These creamy, fudgy popsicles have an excellent, chewy, fudgy texture. They are a perfect summer treat!

This recipe is for three large meal-sized servings. Feel free to double the taco meat recipe if you prefer. The taco “meat” keeps VERY well in the fridge for around 4 days! Seriously, the “taco meat” keeps superbly so it’s a perfect recipe to keep in the fridge for quick meals.

These raw Asian-inspired noodles are my live version of one of those instant noodle packs that are popular as instant side-dishes that pack zero nutrition. Plus, I’d argue that my recipe is even quicker to prepare (since you don’t have to boil and wait), as long as you have a spiralizer to make your zucchini noodles, that is. (Best investment ever! Besides a Vitamix blender, of course!)

This is just divine. Try it. You’ll be shocked at how good frozen bananas can taste!
For added ice cream bliss, crumble a truffle or other raw goodie (or berries) on top of your ice cream before eating.
Only make as much as you can eat right away.

Raw pasta primavera… mimicking the taste of good old fashioned Italian pasta in a creamy pasta sauce with fresh chopped veggies. Sounds gourmet, huh? It is! But not as hard as it looks, and no advanced prep is required.

No equipment required for this easy raw recipe. These pancakes are extremely heavy and rich so reserve for special occasions! I actually can only handle one pancake to myself.
