Every day our lives are filled with energetic influence. Some are positive and support us in life while others are negative and pull us down.
The daily influence of routine energies that affect us are subtle. We go through our lives unaware of the affect they have on our choices, our emotions, and how we experience our lives. They are harder to detect, as they are usually part of our routine from day to day.
Routine and structure help us remember tasks, go into auto-pilot, and get through the day when we are busy. What if, you really looked at your routine, your habits, your communications and found that some of them are derailing you from your purpose?
This is one of the places that you can improve your energetic balance and bring change to areas that are not working for you. The Spiritual Law of Attraction can be found in your life’s routine. Because, as we have all heard many times, what we focus on is what we attract to ourselves.
You have everything you need, a brilliant tool called “your life” that you can learn to use better than ever before and bring to your journey those experiences that seem to be so far in the distance, simply by evaluating your daily routine and removing those activities that are not helping, and adding the one’s that do help you achieve your dreams.
A simple formula would be:
- If it’s causing you grief, making you feel bad about yourself, or any of the other lower vibrational energies that pull you down; these are negative energetic influences and are not helping you.
- If it’s bringing joy, excitement, feeling good about yourself, etc… these are positive higher frequency vibrations and will help you. Your health will improve, and you will have more energy to pursue your greatest potential.
For example: Sue wants to help others, however, she is an empath (sensitive to the energy of others). One of the activities she discovered in her daily routine was watching the TV News all day long! She would find herself so wrapped up in the suffering of others to the point she is now living their journey! Getting sick from the drain, she couldn’t volunteer to help with a charity or cause she believes in. She was consumed by the energy of others that are suffering. This is not helping them or herself. Sue was taking it on as her own journey.
To remedy this situation, Sue chose to reduce her News watching activity to only one hour a day. This helped tremendously, as now she was not drained from outside energies and could volunteer to help others. The news does not affect everyone this way, but it did affect Sue this way. She learned to portion out her TV News instead of the overindulgence that was causing harm.
By adjusting your schedule on the physical level you will begin to see that your focus will shift. Sue’s focus shifted from focusing on all the drama in the news to feeling strong enough to volunteer. Now she is proactive in what she believes, and feeling good that she can do something to help others.
I like to call this “looking on the outside of the box, to find what’s inside of the box.”
When you find yourself stuck on how to move forward in life, how to fulfill your dreams. This is a great exercise to help you discover where the energy leaks and where it overflows in abundance. This works in both directions. Find what’s working and keep doing it, then find what’s causing drain and get rid of it. You’re in charge and have the power to change your energetic flow.
