Sharon-
Thanks for all you do!
Lately I have been struggling with some serious anger – just about anything can set me off. I can feel positive & upbeat for a bit & then an hour later I am extremely frustrated & overwhelmed. It takes some completely alone time & often a nap to calm down. I hate feeling this way & have studied energetic healing techniques for years.
I guess part of my frustration comes from the inability to heal myself & also a feeling of aloneness. Family & friends are not interested in this sort of thing. Although I search for a group that resonates with me, I haven’t found one yet. I am really at my wits end & though I would like to meet with someone, money is an issue at this point.
I’m meditating every day & asking for the right people to come into my life. Any ideas? Thanks!
Amy
Hi Amy,
I understand when there is a lot of anger that need to be released and it keeps coming up. What I recommend is to do anger discharge each day. Here are some ideas…BREATHE and stomp around, take a walk, exercise, clean house like vacuming or scrubbing the toilet, beat a pillow, scream in a pillow or in your car. Do this with the intention to release and let go of the anger.
Then ask yourself, what is scaring me or hurting me? Ask, what need is not being met?
I am available for a phone session with a sliding scale. Email me at gardnersh@cox.net or call me at 805-969-2632. Blessing, Sharon Gardner
