Mindfulness develops our naturally focused attention and open awareness. Brian Jones is a happy and mindful man. He was first introduced to mindfulness in 1994 at Stanford University, through his work in Comparative Religious Studies and Clinical Psychology. He was compelled to then study Cognitive Neuroscience so that he could deeply understand the effect of meditation and mindfulness in the body: the place where science and spirituality meet. He is the co-founder, with Ed & Deb Shapiro, of RevolutionaryMindfulness.com
