This is a big no no! Not only will grabbing something unhealthy and lacking in nutrients make you feel sluggish, it will have you craving sugar! Starting your day with a high dose of nutrients, protein, heart healthy fats and antioxidants will keep you satiated, kick start your creative energy, get your digestive juices flowing and aid in weight loss!
Why is this Smoothie Super?
Wild Blueberries – super high in antioxidants, vitamin C and anthocyanins which help protect your brain.
Brown Rice Protein Powder – protein helps to fuel your muscles, balances blood sugar, contains fiber to protect your bowels and easily digestable

1/2-1 scoop vanilla brown rice protein
1 tbsp cacao powder
2 tsp hemp seeds
2 tsp chia seeds
1 tbsp mct oil (optional)
1-2 cups almond milk (or any other non dairy milk)
Ice (optional)
