Is it really possible to live from a place of love, joy and happiness when we are currently living in times with plenty of ‘noise’? Whether it be financial worries or the media telling us how terrible times are or our own concerns about our lives and where they are heading, is it possible to be happy in these times?
Is it truly possible to live from a place of joy? If so, wouldn’t it be delusional?
In truth, isn’t any perspective delusional? We filter out certain aspects of our experience in order to focus in on other experiences? If so, then isn’t it about a CHOICE on our part? So if it’s a choice, why don’t we choose the most valuable and powerful experiences that evoke the greatest magic within us?
We may often think that euphoric states such as happiness, bliss and joy are far away from our current experience, but they are actually not. What keep us apart from what we want are our viewpoints about where we are at. Believing or thinking we are a prisoner to some situation or another…
What are ways of stepping into your power?
– What is not how you would like it in your life right now? Release your attachment to that situation withholding you from your journey. It may not be that things change this very second (or maybe they do!), but how can you enjoy the journey regardless of your circumstances?
– How can you find more to be grateful for in each moment…more to be appreciative of…and more to love…?
– What would you like to experience more of in your life? How can you nurture more of this? It doesn’t matter if you don’t have the resources yet for everything, how can you nurture it more in your life? Whether by thinking about it, planning for it, speaking to others about it, acting as if you can have it, rehearsing it in some way, or in any way where you are allowing more of that energy into your life.
As you find more of the things to love and appreciate, you are raising your energy.
As you raise your energy, you will find more to love…
