Your inability to sleep is caused by conflicting emotions that now must be addressed.  There is an inability to look beyond the future you want to create for yourself and you now must give your self permission to have financial freedom.  In other words, you block your dream by stating “I cannot do” feels like (lack of time, travel, etc).  In this regard we will speak.  Your ideas (feels like program, writing, teaching and children involved education and health) are correct in financial gain as well as promotion in job. However, your soul is now yearning for more financial gain and freedom (especially in

terms of regulating own time) this is causing a conflict (emotionally) in which you are blocking (feels like life force energy) into moving into more expansive career. I was wondering if you might answer a question or two for me.

My parents are both deceased. Recently, I have been having many vivid dreams about my father. However, in my dreams it seems I seek him out but can never quite make contact with him. It is just a dream, but still frustrating as there was so much unresolved between us. I wonder if there is some message he is trying to convey, and I’m just not able to understand. I never got to know him too well in this life, and just want to feel that connection with him if possible. What can I do to become more receptive? Many changes are evolving in my life right now and I would like to know if there are any spirit energies around me that can give me that support I need right now and that I can connect with.

Dear Stars: This morning my mother called me about a dream she had last night. She said it involved me and was so vivid and so compelling that she wanted to call me and tell me about it. In the dream there was a most beautiful valley, very green all around, tree, running water. There were three houses located in the valley. Two houses were by a small lake and a third farther off. There was also three groups of horses at different locations in the valley. The groups of horses contained one with 12 horses, one with 8 or 9 and another with 6 or so. She remembered the number of the horses for some reason. She went on to say that she seemed to be watching me and I was walking down the middle of the valley with a book, and all the horses were looking at me. Here she said the horses seemed to have intelligence. For some reason she was afraid but I was very calm and not worried. Then a wild looking and extremely white horse with a distinct mane was running beside me and then came toward me and began circling around me and looking at me very wildly or intently. She said she was fearful but I was not afraid and kept walking. Somewhere in the dream I pulled the third house closer the other two by the water. Then the dream ended. What does this dream mean?

What is the brain exercise that can increase your intuitive power? The answer is: Drawing!

How can drawing increase your psychic intuition? First, let’s understand this from the point of how drawing functions as a brain exercise.

Drawing is a whole skill that makes up of a group of component skills, namely, the skills of perception of:

1. Edges.

2. Spaces

3. Relationships

4. Lights and shadows

5. Whole, or gestalt 

These perceptual skills become integrated into a whole skill that determines your ability to draw. Once you learn the principles of these skills, you can learn to draw relatively quickly.

In the process of learning to draw, your brain goes through a complex chain of brain exercise to learn how to control the way it handles information. The benefit of learning to draw is to link to other activities and the possibility of seeing things differently by tapping into your right-brain.

Understanding How Left-Brain and Right-Brain Work

Now, let’s go a step further to explain what is right-brain and left-brain.

The right-brain relies on nonverbal cues to process perceptions. It’s good at tasks that require the ability to see similarities, to make connections, to understand how parts fit together as a whole, and to perceive overall patterns instantaneously. It is capable of drawing insights that come from non-linear, multi-dimensional mode of brain exercise. 

On the other hand, the left side of the brain excels at verbal, analytical, rational and logical tasks. It’s the dominant buddy of the right-brain, taking over most of the brain’s normal activities, especially when you are at serious work. It is the master of planning and systematic works. It has a penchant for using words to describe and define, figuring things out step by step, drawing conclusions based on facts and logic, and thinking in a linear way. 

Despite being a linear thinker that has limited scope of thinking, the left-brain takes over most of our daily tasks. Only in situations when it finds a particular job undesirable, or if a certain task takes too much time, is too detailed or slow or simply too difficult, then the left side gives up. 

If you want the right-brain, which is more creative and intuitive, to be involved more in your thinking process, you must create chances for it to participate. The trick is to present tasks in a way that discourage the left-brain, and hence create opportunities for the right-brain to demonstrate its capability. 

When you engage in drawing, you create the chance for the right-brain to gain dominance. If you do it regular as a hobby, drawing is a powerful brain exercise that can increases your psychic intuition.

More Advance Way To Develop Your Psychic Intuition

One technique designed by Dr. Betty Edwards to develop subconscious intuitive power through drawing, is to draw with your non-dominant hand looking at images that are upside down.

The rationale is: This puts the left brain in a state of confusion so that it can’t easily decipher shapes, lost its top-bottom orientation, unable to attach labels and categorize them to match stored memories. This process creates an opportunity to integrate your right-brain and allows it to become dominant. When presented with a confusing image, the left-brain gives up and the right-brain takes over. 

You have probably heard of the saying that the best way to deal with a challenging issue is to sleep on it. 

This problem-solving tactics is based on the same argument discussed above. After a long hard day cracking at the problem without success, the left-brain is exhausted. This is the perfect chance for the intuitive and creative right-brain to flex its muscle. It will sneak into the thinking space and come up with solutions that seem to have come from “The Higher Mind”. 

By understanding how your brain works, you can maximize its psychic intuition capability with regular practice of this powerful brain exercise.

During the spring equinox, I brought in new energy during a spiritual ceremony to aid me in fifth dimensional work. Shortly thereafter, a phenomena happened in my home. I was upstairs getting ready for the day, and called my five year old son to come up and get dressed. I heard his footsteps bound toward the stairs, abruptly stop, then continue up. He told me he had just seen me downstairs, standing there, staring at him. Then I simply vanished. He mentioned that the only thing that was different were the clothes I was wearing. I later got dressed for the day, came downstairs and questioned him again on what he had seen. He started to respond but stopped, looking at my outfit. “Those were the clothes you were wearing, Mommy!” I knew he would say that. I took my son back to the exact place he saw me, and was pondering what happened. I then realized I was acting out exactly what he saw hours ago. Was it a time fold, wrinkle in time? Did I manage to be at two places at once? Or is it that my son can see into the future? The more I contemplate the scenarios, the more questions I have!
