As we evolved as human beings our thoughts became more and more complex, as did everything else.
At one time our fight or flight senses were activated once in a while, perhaps if we were in physical danger.
Today, with the current climate, we are constantly in fight or flight, but not due to physical danger, due to intellectual danger.
And we’ve turned to ancient practices such as Meditation to solve modern challenges, to quiet the mind.
But the challenge is, that the ancient practices were for ancient people.
It was quite simple to sit under a Bodhi Tree for hours and Meditate.
But today our thoughts and lives are not that simple.
So ancient practices need to meet our modern minds.
This is what Mystic Osho calls Dynamic Meditation.
Modern Meditation for our Dynamic minds.
As we evolve, so shall our practices.
Dynamic Meditation has helped me to keep my negative thoughts in check and see the world as a dance.
“When you dance, your purpose is not to get to a certain place on the floor. It’s to enjoy each step along the way.” Wayne Dyer
