A brief synopsis about Guitar Man-
A street musician, ‘Guitar Man’ has a gift for playing the blues on his guitar and connecting with others. His love for music and for people super cedes everything else in his life. Although on the surface he doesn’t have much, that doesn’t stop him from sharing two simple messages, ‘that we all have a lot in common’ and ‘that our true gifts reside within ourselves.’
G. Brian Benson is a multiple award-winning author, speaker, filmmaker, actor, musician, entrepreneur, workshop facilitator, finisher of over 50 triathlons (including 4 Ironman distance races), cross-country bicyclist, inspirational poet and committed advocate of helping others be the best that they can be.
Brian currently finished a movie project that he wrote, produced and acted in called Guitar Man that was filmed in downtown Reno, Nevada. The movie was written by Brian with the idea of sharing the messages ‘that we all have a lot in common’ and ‘that our true gifts reside within ourselves.’

Nicole Gruen worked as an independent SAP consultant and project manager, implementing IT projects in over 10 countries for corporations including IBM, NVIDIA, Nestle, and Philip Morris.While working with these companies, Nicole noticed that every company struggled with politics and departmental turf wars. Metrics, deadlines and politics often obscured the big picture. She worked with lots of talented people who seemed frustrated and lacked excitement for their work. Nicole was passionate about helping people but her work seemed too limited to have a real impact on people’s lives. This realization sent her in a new direction. She trained with The Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and became a certified coach. Nicole developed a 10-week program: Alive with Work, to help individuals and companies in the area of Job Fulfillment and Employee engagement. She now successfully helps people to get more joy out of their time at work.
