The Power of Dreams

Today I will share with you an important practice that can bring you insight on your life at “multidimensional” levels.

Dreams are not just elaborations of the subconscious as many people think, but they are the symbolic language we use to communicate with the Universe. They are also the language through which the Universe communicate to us.

When someone comes to me, the first thing I try to understand is what symbols are involved behind that person’s experience. How they relate to it and how they live it all depends on what symbols they are holding in their mind and, at a deeper level, the symbols they have programmed within their soul.

For every event in life there is a symbolic counterpart. These inner symbols represent the blueprint through which we experience life, they are like a map for the Universe to respond to. Becoming aware of how this communication takes place allows us to understand our life deeply, redirect it towards what we need and even soften our challenges.

The following practice is fundamental in achieving this awareness.

NEW AWARENESS OF DREAMS AND LIFE’S SYMBOLS

Take a notebook that you only use for this purpose.

Divide a page into two parts. On one part you write the dream you just had soon after you wake up, while on the other part you write the main events of your day, do so right before going to bed.

Obviously the dream and the events in your life do not have to be the same. What you are looking for is signs and symbols that reveal your intimate connection between your daily life and the world of dreams that speak to you through a Universal language.

For this reason, don’t look up for congruences right away. Continue this practice for a month and, at the end of the month, see again what you wrote. What you are looking for is for recurring dream symbols that corresponds to recurring events.

More than that, take it a step further, and try to understand the direction of the event itself. Is that event taking you forward in life?
If it is so, then it is a great symbol.

Power Dream Technique n.1
You can use that symbol in meditation, or visualize it deeply, to stimulate any similar advancement in that whenever you want you want to. This is how you resonate with the Universe at a certain level, and it is how the Universe responds to you. It is a “bridge”!

Softening Challenges – Power Dream Technique n.2
If the symbol brings challenges, then try to understand the meaning of that symbol and the nature of the challenge (which you will be aware of thanks to the events you have observed in the notebook), and every time it comes out in your life put it mentally next to another more empowering symbol.
Let the challenging symbol become smaller in your mind, loosing its power and color, while the empowering symbol becomes larger, more powerful and vibrant.

Practice this technique and change your life in the way you want it!

A Solution-Focused Life

If you are getting stuck in life, and feel you need something to happen in order to move on, you might find it interesting to read this post.
And even if you feel your life is great, then read this post anyway, as it might enable you to help others better!

We all find obstacles and obstructions when moving towards what we want (or most of the time, what we think we want). However, we can only act on life as we see it, and follow our dreams as we perceive them.

When you find yourself stuck it simply means you got into the “wrong alley”, you can always get back and keep on going, find other ways of doing what you need to do in order to get closer to your dream.
The idea that there are no failures, but only feedback, has helped a lot of people. Defining it as feedback helps you to overcome the psychological lethargy that comes as a result of not seeing the results you wished.

This happens to all of us at different times of our lives. In the moments of transition this is especially true! but focusing on problems doesn’t create solution, while stretching gently the mind in a way that will open new doors will put you in tune with new solutions.

When that is needed, here is a list that you might refer to in order to gain a positive mind-set that will focus you on solutions instead of problems.

REDEFINE YOUR GOAL
First of all you need to go back to your goal and redefine it. Your goal has probably changed in little details and nuances as you move on. In fact our own intuition always shows us what our next step is about, but as soon as that step is taken new necessities comes into play. It is important to redefine your goal often, until you find the joy and enthusiasm you had at the beginning.
Make it clear, and have to courage to state it out loud, and see how you are feeling. Sometimes we are uncomfortable with what we want to achieve, and if you find uneasy to state your goal out load in a clear way, if you find some resistance in your mind, you  must learn to accept your goal, love it, and know that it is your right to achieve it (if that doesn’t hurt anyone, including you).

DECIDE YOUR CHANGE
Then check back into your reality. What is it that you would like to change? You can ask yourself questions like, what put me in the direction that led me here (where you didn0t want to go)? Have a look at where you are at and what changes would be necessary to get where you want to go.
If you realize that there is too much to do, you might just want to do the next thing, and let the rest be done as you go along. Even then, you will find it necessary to redefine again the goal once more and see what needs to be done. The mind is an amplifier, it thinks there is too much to do, it thinks problems are huge, but that happens only because you find yourself in the middle of it. As you realize that things only appear to be in such a way, but it is not necessarily as they are, then you know that the next step is what is required, and what it will be required in the future too.
Also consider that, most probably, as you start taking action towards your new change your condition will be different than what it is now, therefore your need to re-evaluate.
Deciding your change is important. You are bringing your goal, and life, back into a greater balance. You are moving a little closer to your dream.

YOU ARE NOT THE PROBLEM
You are not the problem, but you have the problem.
The problem is not your identity, the problem is something you came across.

ASK YOUR MEMORY FOR HELP
Bring yourself back in time, and remember how wonderfully you have coped in the past. Those same resources are within you now, and you will find ways of applying them to the task at hand.

CLARIFY
It would be good to bring clarity on the main issues you might have, so you can first balance them and then move freely towards your dream.
Fixing issues sometimes includes other people. If that’s the case, remember that you can only fix the issues upon which you have control. Some aspects of your issues might under the control of someone else, and in that case there’s not much you can do. Move in the realm that you can control.
Again, as I have always stated, we are not alone, we have a great power within us, and the help of something much greater than we can imagine. Ask constistently for the help of the Universe and you will find it aazing to see how things starts gently falling into place.

STRENGTHS
Make a list of your strengths, and use those to move further. Take some time to perceive them and do it until you feel you can use them.

RESOURCES
Look around you and ask yourself: what resources do I have right now to get closer to my dream? Use them (again if that involves other people, remember that certain things aren’t in your control). Most of the time we have lots of “equipment” we can use, and we think we need more as an excuse for not wanting, or lacking the courage, to face our issues. Get over it, move on.
Remember to use your inner resources too, your strengths.

In Conclusion
In other words, instead of dwelling on the problem, look for solution, get into that mindset, reassess your strengths and redefine your goal. There is always a better way of doing somehting and know that you may need to try different solutions before getting to the right one.
Use all the inner and outer resources available to move on to the next step. Remember to use Unversal compassion as another important resource.
Finally know that you can do it. You have coped with your life brilliantly until now, and most of the problems you had 1 year ago have now completely disappeared.

Symbols of the Human Brains

Today I would like to share an inspiring way of seeing ourselves. As we know, human beings have an amazing brain and its potential has not yet been fully discovered. It is subjected to always new studies and experimentation.

The human brain is a mystery. Still, some great human beings seem to be able to use a much greater part of it than the average person. This happens when all our nervous system is at balance and there are no obstruction from the brain to unite its two hemisphere into a harmonious way of working towards the same results.

Symbolically, the brain is the storehouse of our experience and the trigger of certain experiences in our life. Our nervous system goes beyond the physical, and it touches the deepest secrets of our soul. As we know, we are multidimensional living creatures dealing with our body, our mind and our emotions. Things that are seemingly “invisible” seem to have an effect of what is visible.

Just think about yourself as you go through the day, you probably live much more in your “head” than you do in your body. We spend hours and hours living at the level of the mind and of the emotions, still we so easily refuse to acknowledge their influence in our lives.

According to the symbolic ways of living as found in yoga, the emotions and the mind are “matter”, exactly as our body is matter. Only it is a much subtler matter, still influencing incredibly the material world in its more gross aspect.

The brain uses symbolically other smaller brains in our system, which are in relation (symbolically) to certain planets. For example, if we learn how to communicate in a new language we are storing the information in the Mercury brain, we do so with the help of the main brain up inside our head. This information accumulates into matter until new “grey” subtle matter is added to the smallest Mercury brain. Once this new information is stored, every time we will have to communicate in that language the Mercury brain will function automatically, leaving the main brain free to perform other tasks.

I know that some people might not believe that this is happening, unless they are of a mystical nature. But you can see it this way:

Think on how many areas of your life you are experiencing in this period.

If you had another brain working automatically in that area, what information would that have been stored inside?
Then the next step would be to concentrate, using the main storehouse of the brain you have inside your skull, and reprogram that “affiliate” smallest brain with intention.

This sounds similar to the discipline of practicing affirmations until you think automatically in the way you have programmed, but it is different. We are accessing subtle grey matter, new neuro-patterns that will function in harmony with our chosen life.

This is where NLP and Mystical Yoga come together. All can be used for the highest benefit and good.

Remember, it is matter we are talking about!

The Greatest Secret for Effortless Life Change

What I would like to share with you today is the best method I could find, and experienced, to bring changes into your life. I quote myself:
“In the eternal being that is you, you still preserve your pure consciousness, and whatever you think in that pristine perception can become real much more easily. You are creating from the Source and not from your little limited horizon. In that Pure Source is where you can relax more in the perfect reality you always wanted”

What does this mean? And how can you apply it into your life? I have seen that the more I practice relaxation of the mind, the more my mind becomes clear. It becomes so clear that all my clutter is removed and I can perceive new ideas and concepts, some of which I never had. When you want to create something in your life, you first have an idea, then you put energy into it, then you move into action.

IDEAS
Our ideas are usually distorted by our own perception of what is our reality like. We think something is good or bad according to what our background is. If something doesn’t find a place between our concept of good and bad, then the mind urges us to make a judgment so that it can be in control. This wanting to have control over all that comes puts great barriers between us and the New Life that we want since we haven’t the chance to think anything new and see new possibilities. When we can know better, we can do better. Our mind can be stretched as soon as we let go of our need to control.

ENERGY
Energy is the real material through which we build our life. It comes before action. Energy is multi-faceted and has colors and flavors. We need to find ways to raise our energy level so that our actions become effective. If not enough energy is put into movement then our actions are weak and all our ideas remain at the thinking level. The application of real energy is totally effortless, concentration is high but natural. The difference between wishful thinking and achieving your dreams Wishful thinking is an idea that stays at the level of the mind. Achieving your dreams requires proper use of energy and action.

ACTION
Action is the bridge between your internal world into the external world. If it all stays in the internal you are not living proactively. Action must be clear and inspired by clear thinking (thinking from the Source), and energy must be understood, then massive and powerful action can be taken. I know many of you know all this, still this is what we keep on forgetting.

QUANTUM PHYSICS
Quantum Physics teaches us that if we observe a phenomenon, that collapses into a form. And yes this is it! Now, how are you going to use all this information to bring a real change into your life? What does it mean to “observe”? You must observe from the right place. Proper observation means being Aware, and the more pristine is your Awareness the more you can apply the Quantum Physic’s principle to bring changes.

STEP 1. THE PRACTICE OF AWARENESS
Sit and close your eyes. Say to yourself: I totally relax my mind and body without trying to describe anything. I do not seek anything. Everything I hear, see or feel doesn’t have a story and it just is. Stay into the relaxed state of your Awareness. If you practice this technique for 2 weeks you will see enormous changes coming into your mind. All good and bad will start to seem equal. This is where you want to go. When you perceive that good and bad are becoming equal then it’s time for STEP 2.

STEP 2. THE PRACTICE OF EFFORTLESS CHANGE
Repeat STEP 1 for a few minutes. Now relax in the perception of your new reality, without trying to make it happen, just rest in there and observe. If you want a better love, perceive it. If you want better opportunities, perceive them. Don’t try hard, you must know by now that the concept of “hard” is at the same level as the concept of “easy”. Rest and observe your reality present in timeless space. Come back to STEP 1 for a minute or two to complete the session. Life will respond Life will start responding from the Awareness of your Awareness and ideas will start coming. Then act on it, with that clarity and effortless use of energy.
Awareness if the amplifier of energy, just like a lens channels and directs the rays of the sun with great intensity.

You should try to do this exercise with commitment and conviction. It is one of the greatest secrets I could find and I am personally grateful to have discovered it for my own life. Some people have always told me I am blessed, and it is true, I really think I am. But let me tell you. I have been practicing this for years now. I hope this secret practice will change your life forever, the way you most want it, and in the directions of your dreams.
