It is my belief that spirituality is developing and expressing our true full loving spirit through our humanity. Every time we repress any part of our spirit we are not being spiritual. Many of my clients always ask me: “Sandra, what happens when we die?” I always gave an answer…however none that really satisfied me. So I went into one of my silent retreats with the intention of understanding what happens when we die, when we are born, how does it all comes together in terms of past lives, past life memories, living in the now, the meaning of time, the meaning of Karma…? Lots of questions that many of us research in search for answers…This is what I understand:
I understand that we are an extremely intelligent evolved system. The knowledge that exists and the history of our main books speak about it. The system of God if you will. I prefer to call it the system of One, one big family that has been evolving for a long time. One times one human equals one. One family times one family equals one. One system times one system equals one. Always One, Universal. One very versatile system. It is our versatilities that allows us to expand and asks us to integrate rather than separate to be able to grow…but that is going into another topic.
So what happens when we die? The answer that I always heard and tried to explain was that of transformation. We are energy; energy cannot be destroyed but transformed. This idea never sat well with me. It did not make sense that when we die we shed a body and “poof” we become energy that floats or does not have a physical body. Understanding that we are an extremely intelligent and evolved system means to me that we have managed to create a system of education; by education I mean the education of the human evolution. Right now we study history through books, internet, and holographic recreations of the past and so on and so forth. What if our human experience is a way of studying our own evolution by recreating the experience itself? I have read a lot of books describing the human experience as a holographic projection, or an expansion of consciousness, a matrix… So how do we learn?
Consider an original history or blue print of evolution. We a long time ago evolved to the point of developing technology so great(the all knowing) that we can recreate the past so vividly in order for us to learn what really happened in the beginning.. So everything that we are living right now actually happened once: One original sequence of evolution from primate to human. One WWI, one WWII, one original landing on the moon, etc, etc .If I want to learn about these events right now I have to either read about them, watch old footage or the internet to get the idea of what happened. However if we come from the premise that we are highly evolved (the all knowing) we have taken it a step further where we do not learn the past as an idea any more, rather as an experience itself.
What I understand about what happens when we die is that we actually wake up. We wake up in our true body, our true time! It makes sense when the old textures speak about having a veil over our minds. To me I take it as we go through a learning process by being basically put to sleep except for our minds. Our minds remain active leaving a lucid dream that can recreate birth to death. Our minds connect to other minds going though the same learning process. A very sophisticated learning system, one where we are always safe, we do not age physically and we expand consciously depending on the life span of each experience. This can explain why time should not matter, but only the now. Why? ; Because we are expanding through the recording of memory. Memory is the only aspect of one entire event that is lasting and keeps as we wake up upon the end of each experience. The accumulation of memory though lifetimes or the process of learning as I call it is the expansion f consciousness so many talk about. We are not actually aging! So past and future are only distractions.
Past life regression therefore is possible because we are merely tapping into our own records of memory. We learn through our minds and our minds contain the information we have accumulated with each experience. When we hear the term “connect to your higher self” basically what we are doing is connecting to the part of us that knows what is actually happening, our original self!; the part of the mind that knows absolute truth.
Karma is also explained if we understand that Karma is a lesson not learned or a memory we cannot make peace with. If one wakes up (dies) what remains as I said is the memory of the experience. A person has to live with this memory for a long time and by now we are probably living much longer if not eternally… So if I cannot live with the memories I have created weather it is because I have caused pain or pain was caused to me, I will want to create new memories by repairing the imprinted ones. How? By re-creating a new memory that will balance that negative so that I can actually be at peace in my true life!
Imagine you actually being 30 years old. You are learning through lucid dreaming. In this dream you live 85 years and when you die you wake up still being 30 years old but with the memory or experience of an 85 years old. That is a true expansion of consciousness because the mind cannot distinguish in dream like state or hypnotic state what is the true event and what is not. We use this aspect of our minds to our advantage. We learn, we expand and we don’t age… Multiply one experience lets say by an average of 12 life experiences or learning steps. Imagine how wise we actually are at an early age!! It also explains re-incarnation, only we are not actually changing bodies, we are expanding our consciousness.
It explains as well how we can heal our bodies. The technology is so advanced we actually believe the body we have right now is real! Being in a state of consciousness of expansion would mean that the body in each experience is merely a projection of our minds that fits each particular experience. If we can grasp this concept, than yes we can actually change the projection from an ill one into a healthy one. It is not easy though because we are so attached to what we think the physical is. Something to think about….
