My journey with using Reiki, and Holistic Lifestyle Coaching . So many people out there are opening up to the possibility that there is more to health then the medical community. I have personally see people through using the basic life principals of proper nutrition, exercise, sleeping, drinking good quality water and having a over arching dream. Heal themselves from different health issues. Now since I started using energy modalities with this people are able to heal physically, emotionally and energetically just with a few treatments and balancing out the main principals.
I always believed that the body could heal itself if given the right environment, now I have seen it time and time again. I have even seen people over come mental blocks, cold, blockages that they never knew they had.
I highly recommend you find a Reiki practitioner who understand these principals and have a few session with them. It will change your life I can guarantee it, no matter what you are going through they will help balance you out.
I will be doing a serious on healing and the fundamental principals because I keep being asked why do the people I work with see such great results but don’t find it hard. I will explain over the next few editions what people need to really focus on to achieve the health and life they have always wanted to.
