Lindsay Wagner, best known as TV’s ‘The Bionic Woman’, makes little distinction between her life as an actress, mother, author or advocate. What unites these various parts is a commitment to advancing human potential. As a result of her personal experience and years of study she facilitates “Quiet the Mind & Open the Heart” workshops and retreats, sharing the techniques and realizations that have greatly impacted her life. These programs are designed to help overcome our own personal challenges, while accessing the peace and joy that is naturally within us.
Since she was 19 years old she has been passionate about the study and sharing of holistic healing modalities that integrate mind, body and spirit. She has also been heavily involved as an advocate for human rights, animal welfare and the environment. In the area of domestic violence and child abuse, Lindsay has not only carried out many years of public education, but has also helped to develop programs that offer families and individuals more constructive and peaceful ways of relating to others and themselves in order to break the cycle of family violence.
