Sometimes you just wake-up knowing it’s not going to be good. It’s Monday morning. There’s a big meeting you cannot be late for. In a rush to get the kids to school early, you skip breakfast only to find your car battery as dead as a doorknob. Oh, and there’s a public transit strike. It’s also raining. Torrentially.
No matter what’s going down, you have the ability to shift gears, expand your energy, and bring yourself back on track. Be still, take a breath, and say two words:
Two Words that will Change Your Life
When you take time for stillness amidst the chaos you transcend the world of “doing” that can easily engulf you and diminish your connection to your true self. Simply taking a breath and saying the words, “I accept…” then filling in what’s happening at that time, stops the momentum of a frenzied thought process. The conscious pause allows you to embrace the stillness, and let the anxiety, anger, or frustration pass through you. Acceptance creates the perfect opportunity to release the mayhem in your moment of need. You recognize it, embrace it, and send it on its way – leaving time and energy to calmly deal with the issues at hand.
The Doorway to Your Optimal Vibrational State
Acceptance is the doorway to your optimal vibrational state. It means living in harmony with everything the way it is- with yourself, with your reality, and with everything unfolding around you. Your optimal vibrational state allows for efficiency. It’s difficult to flow with the challenges in the present when you are weighed down by the emotional density of denial. When you embrace acceptance in any given instance you’re no longer accessing the circumstances through the conscious or unconscious. You’re accessing reality through your spirit or soul. The more you accept everything around you, the easier is to meet and receive all of life with neutrality.
The Three Minute Healing Daily Routine
Practicing acceptance is not limited to the speed bumps we encounter in life. It needs to become a healing daily routine. Make your objective completing at least 3 minutes of relaxation and acceptance every day. It can be over your morning coffee, unwinding in a warm bathtub, or in your office with the door closed after a challenging situation. Performing this ritual daily will help you lessen self-scrutiny, honor your sacredness, and put you back on the road toward your Divinely authentic vibrational self.
