It’s not just important to do things for you – it is critical. Spend quality time on you. Find things that bring you joy. Splurge and reconnect with the authentic person you’ve become. The more you offer yourself love the easier it will be to receive it from another.

Go on a diet. It’s not about losing weight but instead shedding the pounds of shame, guilt and emotional turmoil. The more you are able to free up energetic space within you the more it can be filled with love. The fastest way to shed the weight of worldly existence is to vibrationally dissolve the density.

All of the Universe stands ready to support you in moving into greater levels of self-love. Each morning, simply open your palms in a gesture of receiving. Sit quietly for only three minutes and be open to receive.
